The relationship of educators and students in times of pandemic and the technological interface in the process of teaching and learning away from home

Resumo: Formal education pervades several spaces and paths, and especially in the contemporary context, the New Technologies of Information and Communication (NTIC's) are closely related to the teaching-learning process. In this sense, this article aims to show the advantages and disadvantages of using technology in the teaching-learning process currently used in Brazil, considering the new reality imposed since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodology used was a bibliographic review of published works and articles about the use of technological resources in education. The results found show that there was a change in the school routine, which required teachers, students and educational institutions to adapt to the new model of non-presential teaching. This panorama brought significant changes to the teaching-learning process. The use of technological resources in school spaces is highlighted, which is seen as positive, as the literature demonstrates that the application of technologies in the classroom is able to positively influence the teaching-learning process, however it addresses the importance of the figure of teacher as a mediator of this entire process.

En este sentido, este artículo tiene como objetivo mostrar las ventajas y desventajas del uso de la tecnología en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje que se utiliza actualmente en Brasil, considerando la nueva realidad impuesta desde el inicio de la pandemia COVID-19. La metodología utilizada fue la revisión bibliográfica de trabajos y artículos publicados sobre el uso de recursos tecnológicos en la educación. Los resultados encontrados muestran que hubo un cambio en la rutina escolar, que requirió que los docentes, estudiantes e instituciones educativas se adaptaran al nuevo modelo de enseñanza no presencial. Este panorama trajo cambios significativos al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Se destaca el uso de recursos tecnológicos en los espacios escolares, lo cual se ve como positivo, pues la literatura demuestra que la aplicación de tecnologías en el aula es capaz de incidir positivamente en el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje, sin embargo aborda la importancia de la figura del docente como mediador de todo este proceso.A educação formal perpassa por diversos espaços e caminhos, e principalmente no contexto contemporâneo, as Novas Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (NTIC’s) estão intimamente relacionadas ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Nesse sentido, o presente artigo tem como objetivo pesquisar as vantagens e desvantagens do uso da tecnologia no processo de ensino-aprendizagem utilizados atualmente no Brasil considerando a nova realidade imposta desde o início da pandemia COVID-19. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão bibliográfica a obras e artigos publicados acerca do uso dos recursos tecnológicos na educação. Os resultados encontrados demonstram que houve uma mudança na rotina escolar, a qual necessitou que professores, alunos e instituições de ensino se adaptassem ao novo modelo de ensino não presencial. Este panorama trouxe alterações significativas para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
