The BNCC political process from parallel contexts to educommunication: The National Base that guides the teaching curricula in Brazil must be linked to the integral formation of the student. La esencia de esta investigación descriptiva se basó en una metodología con constante revisión bibliográfica, cuyo enfoque cualitativo brindará fundamentos teóricos para futuras investigaciones cuantitativas. En dos años de investigación, incluyendo la recolección de datos, se pretendió rescatar y profundizar aspectos investigados en las siguientes bases de datos electrónicas: SciELO, Google Scholar, sumado a materiales bibliográficos y documentales como: libros, artículos científicos, disertaciones y documentos nacionales que sustentan el BNCC, dentro de un análisis de contenido de Laurence Bardin. Desde un punto de vista teórico, la lectura y síntesis analítica de las obras de autores como Barbero (2000), Alves (2010), Soares (2016), Santos y Bonin (2017) y Soares y Fernandes (2018) fueron fundamentales para el inicio y desarrollo de esta investigación, por ser referentes que sustentaron la interpretación de esta metodología educomunicativa, y Melo (2000), Freitas (2007), Alves (2010) se destacaron en el contexto crítico del proceso de construcción de la BNCC ( BRASIL, 2016) con sus influencias externas. Tales pasos fueron esenciales para verificar: vectores de Educomunicación en la implementación de BNCC, ausencia de diálogo entre teoría (BNCC) y prácticas (Educomunicación), o sea, cuestiones educativas que deberían ser equitativas.A Base Nacional que norteia os currículos de ensino no Brasil deve estar ligada à formação integral do estudante. Esse artigo teve como objetivo abordar o processo de construção da Base Nacional Comum Curricular a partir de contextos paralelos à Educomunicação. A problematização do objeto de pesquisa surgiu diante de exigências governamentais para implementação de uma Nova Base Curricular nas escolas de todo Brasil, é nesse panorama que se revela uma falta de relação com vetores pragmáticos, entre as temáticas BNCC/Educomunicação. In two years of research, including data collection, it was intended to rescue and deepen aspects researched in the following electronic databases: SciELO, Google Scholar, added to bibliographic and documentary materials such as: books, scientific articles, dissertations and national documents that support the BNCC, within a content analysis by Laurence Bardin. From a theoretical point of view, the reading and analytical synthesis of the works of fundamental authors such as Barbero, Soares, Santos and Bonin, and Fernandes, which were fundamental for the development of this research, as they are references that supported the interpretation of this educommunicative methodology and, highlighted, see Melo, Freitas and Alves in the critical context of the BNCC construction process. Such steps were essential to verify: vectors of Educommunication in the implementation of BNCC, absence of dialogue between theory (BNCC) and practices (Educommunication), that is, educational issues that should be equitable.
