Resumo: This article analyzes the various legal tools that aim to guarantee the inclusion and accessibility of deaf subjects in regular public education in Belém do Pará, emphasizing the analysis in History Teaching based on signed reports of deaf university students, who have already gone through teaching- learning of the subject “History”. The objective is to understand how the reality of education and history classes happens or happened for the deaf subjects interviewed. The main research question is: did you find it difficult to understand the subjects of History? This is a field research with graduates of the public school system, in addition to being based on reports from authors in the literature. According to the interviews carried out, the results indicate that the lack of accessibility and inclusive practices during classes negatively affected the understanding of deaf students in History subjects.

El objetivo es comprender cómo sucede o sucedió la realidad de las clases de educación e historia para los sujetos sordos entrevistados. La pregunta principal de investigación es: ¿le resultó difícil comprender las asignaturas de Historia? Se trata de una investigación de campo con egresados ​​del sistema escolar público, además de basarse en relatos de autores de la literatura. Según las entrevistas realizadas, los resultados indican que la falta de accesibilidad y prácticas inclusivas durante las clases afectó negativamente la comprensión de los estudiantes sordos en las asignaturas de Historia.Este artigo analisa as diversas ferramentas legais que visam garantir a inclusão e a acessibilidade dos sujeitos surdos no ensino regular público de Belém do Pará, enfatizando a análise no Ensino de História a partir de relatos sinalizados de alunos surdos universitários, que já passaram pelo ensino-aprendizagem da disciplina “História’. O objetivo é entender como ocorre ou aconteceu a realidade da educação e das aulas de história para os sujeitos surdos entrevistados. A principal pergunta de pesquisa é: você sentia dificuldades para entender os assuntos de História? Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo com egressos da rede pública de ensino, além de estar embasado por relatos de autores da literatura.
