Resumo: The evaluation and work of the teacher, instead, become available for the results observed in the classroom are in line with the proposed objectives and if the teaching-learning process is occurring in content. However, there is still a structure on the part of teachers to adopt other available methods. Thus, this work is a direct study of the practice of science teachers in the. The study is carried out in a public school in the city of Vila Antonico in the city of Quixelô - CE, João Vicente Alves Elementary School. A data collection was performed with a questionnaire application with science teachers. The results are the majority of teachers who answered the questionnaire are still related to tests and exams as an evaluation method. This criterion is available in the application of tests or exams is criticized by most of the scholars in education because it is considered selective and excluding. Given the above, it is evident that as forms adopted for a learning assessment are not varied and there are difficulties in evaluating facts to students. The results are sent to the search methods available in high school.

The results are sent to the search methods available in high school.La evaluación es una práctica docente muy importante y necesaria para la labor docente, ya que permite determinar si los resultados observados en el aula están de acuerdo con los objetivos propuestos y si el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje se desarrolla satisfactoriamente. Sin embargo, todavía existe una resistencia por parte de los docentes a adoptar otros métodos de evaluación. Por lo tanto, este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la práctica evaluativa de los profesores de ciencias en la Escola de Ensino Fundamental João Vicente Alves – Vila Antonico, Quixelô – CE. El estudio fue realizado en una escuela pública del municipio de Vila Antonico en la ciudad de Quixelô - CE, Escuela Primaria João Vicente Alves. La recolección de datos se realizó con la aplicación de un cuestionario con profesores de ciencias. Los resultados muestran que la mayoría de los docentes que respondieron el cuestionario aún utilizan pruebas y exámenes como método de evaluación. Este criterio evaluativo basado en la aplicación de pruebas o exámenes es criticado por la mayoría de los estudiosos de la educación por considerarlo selectivo y excluyente. Ante lo anterior, se evidencia que las formas adoptadas para la evaluación de los aprendizajes no son variadas y existen dificultades en la evaluación de los hechos de los estudiantes. Nuevas investigaciones deben ser realizadas con el objetivo de los métodos de evaluación en la escuela secundaria.A avaliação é uma prática docente muito importante e necessária para o trabalho do professor, pois torna possível determinar se os resultados observados em sala de aula estão de acordo com os objetivos propostos e se o processo de ensino-aprendizagem está ocorrendo a contento. Entretanto, há ainda uma resistência por parte dos professores para adotarem outros métodos avaliativos. Sendo assim este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a prática avaliativa dos professores de ciências, na escola Escola de Ensino Fundamental João Vicente Alves – Vila Antonico, Quixelô – CE. O estudo se realizou em uma escola pública do município Vila Antonico da cidade de Quixelô – CE, Escola de Ensino Fundamental João Vicente Alves. A coleta de dados foi realizada com a aplicação de um questionário com professores de ciências. Os resultados apontam que maioria dos professores que responderam ao questionário ainda se valem de provas e exames como método avaliativo. Esse critério avaliativo baseado na aplicação de provas ou exames é criticado por grande parte dos estudiosos em educação pois é considerado seletivo e excludente. Diante do exposto, fica evidente que as formas adotadas para a avaliação da aprendizagem não são variadas e há dificuldades em avaliar de fatos os alunos.
