Pedagogical Political Project: A systematic review

Resumo: The document entitled Pedagogical Political Project is considered one of the main resources for the conduct of democratic management and aligned with the factual needs of each school. This research aimed to conduct a systematic review of the literature to access studies on the subject in contemporary times. For this, a survey was carried out in the databases: CAPES, OASIS BR, PBi in the period from 2017 to 2022. Studies that have as descriptors "Political Pedagogical Project and School Management", published in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Of the 57 articles identified, after initial exclusions, 16 were classified for full reading and the same 16 for qualitative analysis. It was seen that there are still few studies that deepen the theme of the Pedagogical Political Project, and most of them do not focus on the role of the school principal, who is most responsible for conducting this project.

Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura para acceder a estudios sobre el tema en la época contemporánea. Para eso, se realizó una encuesta en las bases de datos: CAPES, OASISBR, PBi en el período de 2017 a 2022. Se incluyeron estudios con los descriptores “Proyecto Político Pedagógico” y “Gestión Escolar”, publicados en portugués, español e inglés. De los 57 artículos identificados, después de exclusiones iniciales, 16 fueron clasificados para lectura completa y los mismos 16 para análisis cualitativo. Se vio que todavía hay pocos estudios que profundicen el tema del Proyecto Político Pedagógico, y la mayoría de ellos no se centran en el papel del director de la escuela, que es el principal responsable de la conducción de este proyecto.O documento intitulado de Projeto Político Pedagógico é considerado um dos principais recursos para a condução de uma gestão democrática e alinhada às necessidades factuais de cada escola. Essa pesquisa teve como objetivo conduzir uma revisão sistemática da literatura para acessar estudos sobre a temática na contemporaneidade. Para tanto, foi realizado um levantamento nas bases de dados: CAPES, OASISBR, PBi no período de 2017 a 2022. Foram incluídos estudos que tenham como descritores “Projeto Político Pedagógico” e “Gestão Escolar”, publicados em português, espanhol e inglês. Dos 57 artigos identificados, após exclusões iniciais, 16 foram classificados para leitura completa e os mesmos 16 para análise qualitativa.
