Evaluation of leadership styles under the view of members of the 14th federal staff in Patos-PB

Resumo: Considering the context of studies on leadership, the Behavioral Theory stands out, which describes three styles of leader: autocratic, democratic and liberal. Subsequently, organizations also came to recognize the charismatic leader, who influences those led from inspiration. Given the above, this research aimed to evaluate the leadership styles from the point of view of members of the staff of the 14th Federal Court in Patos-PB. The research is classified as exploratory and descriptive, having a qualitative and quantitative approach, whose data collection was based on a questionnaire adapted from Accioly (2006), containing questions about the profile of the interviewees. As for data collection, this is a case study, it was observed that the federal public agency is composed of 30 employees divided into the functions of Magistrate, Director, civil servants, interns, conciliators and outsourced, characterizing themselves as the research population. However, the survey was conducted only with public servants and interns, which obtained a total of 12 respondents, characterized as a sample studied. After analyzing and discursing the results, it was found that, according to the postures pointed out by members of the staff, the autocratic style of leadership is the predominant one. Despite this, the staff considered motivating the presence of managers to the work environment.

Posteriormente, las organizaciones también llegaron a reconocer al líder carismático, que influye en aquellos guiados por la inspiración. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, esta investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar los estilos de liderazgo desde el punto de vista de los miembros del personal de la 14ª Corte Federal en Patos-PB. La investigación se clasifica como exploratoria y descriptiva, con un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, cuya recopilación de datos se basó en un cuestionario adaptado de Accioly (2006), que contiene preguntas sobre el perfil de los entrevistados. En cuanto a la recopilación de datos, este es un estudio de caso, se observó que la agencia pública federal está compuesta por 30 empleados dividido en las funciones de magistrado, director, funcionarios, pasantes, conciliadores y subcontratados, caracterizándose como la población de investigación. Sin embargo, la encuesta se realizó solo con servidores públicos y pasantes, que obtuvieron un total de 12 encuestados, caracterizados como una muestra estudiada. Después de analizar y difundir los resultados, se descubrió que, según las posturas señaladas por los miembros del personal, el estilo de liderazgo autocrático es el predominante. A pesar de esto, el personal consideró motivar la presencia de gerentes en el ambiente de trabajo.Considerando o contexto dos estudos sobre liderança, destaca-se a Teoria Comportamental, que descreve três estilos de líder: autocrático, democrático e liberal. Posteriormente, as organizações passaram a reconhecer também o líder carismático, o qual exerce influência sobre os liderados a partir da inspiração. Diante do exposto, a presente pesquisa teve como objetivo principal avaliar os estilos de liderança sob o ponto de vista dos membros do corpo funcional da 14ª Vara Federal em Patos-PB. A pesquisa classifica-se como exploratória e descritiva, tendo uma abordagem quali-quantitativa, cujo o levantamento dos dados deu-se a partir de um questionário adaptado de Accioly (2006), contendo questões sobre o perfil dos entrevistados. Quanto a coleta dos dados, trata-se de um estudo de caso, observou-se que o órgão público federal é composto de 30 colaboradores divididos nas funções de Magistrado, Direção, servidores públicos, estagiários, conciliadores e terceirizados, caracterizando-se como a população da pesquisa. No entanto, a pesquisa foi realizada apenas com servidores públicos e estagiários, onde obteve-se um total 12 respondentes, caracterizando-se como amostra estudada. Após a análise e discursão dos resultados, verificou-se que, de acordo com as posturas apontadas pelos membros do corpo funcional, o estilo autocrático de liderança é o que predomina.
