The Experiences and Challenges of State Public School Teachers at the Beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Resumo: This article presents the results of a research, which aims to investigate how the experience of educational practice took place at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, its implementation and the impacts on teacher education and student learning regarding the use of networks learning programs in state public schools in the municipality of Alto Longá – PI. For data collection, a qualitative approach was used and the instrument was the online questionnaire. Based on the legal documents that govern Brazilian education and theoretical contributions, we started from a reflection on a real situation experienced in this pandemic time, where we were able to share the concerns, experiences and methods developed for the planning, implementation and execution of non-presential classes. The results showed the importance and challenges of teaching work in this scenario, which demonstrates a precariousness in the implementation of this alternative, with regard to the deficits in care and use of digital technologies in the education network, which have generated an undesired situation of improvisation. and social exclusion.

Para la recolección de datos se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo y el instrumento fue el cuestionario en línea. Con base en los documentos legales que rigen la educación brasileña y los aportes teóricos, partimos de una reflexión sobre una situación real vivida en este tiempo pandémico, donde pudimos compartir las inquietudes, experiencias y métodos desarrollados para la planificación, implementación y ejecución de -clases presenciales. Los resultados señalaron la importancia y desafíos del trabajo docente en este escenario, que evidencia una precariedad en la implementación de esta alternativa, frente a los déficits en el cuidado y uso de tecnologías digitales en la red docente, que han generado una situación no deseada de improvisación y exclusión social.Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa, que tem como objetivo investigar como se deu a experiência da prática educativa no início da pandemia do COVID-19, sua execução e os impactos na formação do professor e na aprendizagem dos alunos frente ao uso das redes digitais de aprendizagem das escolas públicas estaduais no município de Alto Longá – PI. Para a coleta de dados, utilizou-se uma abordagem qualitativa e o instrumento foi o questionário online. Embasadas nos documentos legais que regem a educação brasileira e nos aportes teóricos, partimos de uma reflexão sobre uma situação real vivenciada nesse tempo pandêmico, onde pudemos compartilhar dos anseios, as experiências e os métodos desenvolvidos para o planejamento, implementação e execução das aulas não presenciais.
