Human resource management, organizational communication and strategic alignment: Proposition of a theoretical model

Resumo: | This article proposes a theoretical model of the role of the human resources area in the internal organizational communication process with a focus on strategic alignment. The methodology used in the development of the research involved exploratory and descriptive aspects, through the use of literature review in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and Scopus platform. As a result of this research, a cyclic management model was structured, consisting of six steps. In each of them, a conceptual synthesis about the role of HR in the internal communication process was presented. In addition to the suggested conceptual synthesis, this article establishes a theoretical guide that can be useful for future research related to the topic. |

La metodología empleada en el desarrollo de la investigación involucró aspectos exploratorios y descriptivos, mediante el uso de la revisión de la literatura en la Biblioteca Científica Electrónica en Línea (SciELO) y la plataforma Scopus. Como resultado de esta investigación se estructuró un modelo de gestión cíclica, consistente en seis pasos. En cada uno de ellos se presentó una síntesis conceptual sobre el rol de RRHH en el proceso de comunicación interna. Además de la síntesis conceptual sugerida, este artículo establece una guía teórica que puede ser útil para futuras investigaciones relacionadas con el tema.Este artigo propõe um modelo teórico do papel da área de recursos humanos no processo de comunicação organizacional interna com foco no alinhamento estratégico. A metodologia utilizada no desenvolvimento da pesquisa envolveu aspectos exploratórios e descritivos, por meio da utilização da revisão bibliográfica na plataforma Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) e Scopus Como resultado desta pesquisa estruturou-se um modelo gerencial cíclico composto por seis etapas. Em cada uma delas, foi apresentada uma síntese conceitual acerca da atuação do RH no processo de comunicação interna.
