The Common National Curriculum base and the Common National Basis for teacher education: where is intercultural dialogue and ethnic-racial relations education?

Resumo: The education of ethnic-racial relations and intercultural dialogue represent a present and assured discussion in educational policies. Considering this, the objective of this research is to analyze the education of ethnic-racial relations and intercultural dialogue in the formation of teachers, pointing their spaces in the Common National Curricular Base (BNCC), as well as in the Common National Base for the Initial Training of Basic Education Teachers (BNC-Formation) for the formation of teachers of Basic Education. Methodologically, this study presents a qualitative approach, characterized as documentary, as we analyze documents such as BNCC and BNC for the formation of teachers of Basic Education in its preliminary version in the light of the content analysis of Bardin (2011). The results are characterized by the incipient introduction of this theme in these teacher education documents. In terms of conclusion, we realize the need to maintain these discussions in teacher education so that these documents that guide the educational policy of teacher education are not distant from other legislations.

Considerando esto, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la educación de las relaciones étnico-raciales y el diálogo intercultural en la formación docente, señalando sus espacios en la Base Común Nacional Curricular (BNCC), así como en la Base Común Nacional para la Formación Inicial de Profesores de Educación Básica (BNC- Formação) a la formación de profesores de Educación Básica. Metodológicamente, este estúdio presenta un enfoque cualitativo, caracterizado como documental, ya que analizamos documentos como el BNCC y el BNC-Formación a la luz del análisis de contenido de Bardin (2011). Los resultados se caracterizan por la incipiente introducción de este tema en estos documentos de formación docente. En términos de conclusión, existe la necesidad de mantener estas discusiones en la formación docente para que estos documentos que orientan la política educativa para la formación docente no se distancien de otras legislaciones.A educação das relações étnico-raciais e o diálogo intercultural representam uma discussão presente e assegurada nas políticas educacionais. Os resultados caracterizam-se pela incipiente introdução dessa temática nesses documentos de formação de professores.
