Course “The Management Look at Comprehensive Care for Overweight and Obesity Persons in Primary Health Care”: development and application of didactic-pedagogical material for remote teaching

Resumo: | This study aims to describe the development and application of the digital teaching material of the course “The Look at Management in Comprehensive Care for Overweight and Obesity Persons”, aimed at managers of Primary Health Care in Ceará. The material was applied remotely in September 2021 and includes 40 class hours. The topics addressed were initially pointed out by the participants themselves as relevant to the management of primary health care, concerning: the context of overweight and obesity; strengthening food and nutrition surveillance; and redirecting of management's view towards the comprehensive care of overweight and obesity. These themes were developed according to lesson plans, with the following structure: reception, presentation of the learning objectives and guiding questions, development of the theme, evaluation and proposal of activities. The synchronous moments were carried out through participatory methodologies, through tools that supported remote teaching, such as: Google Meet, Google Classroom, Padlet and Mentimeter. The process of preparing the material for this course was characterized as a formative action for the team involved and its application was positively evaluated by the managers regarding the themes developed and the didactic-pedagogical conduction. |

El material se aplicó de forma remota en septiembre de 2021 e incluye 40 horas de clase. Los temas abordados fueron señalados inicialmente por los propios participantes como relevantes para la gestión de la atención primaria de salud, en relación con: el contexto del sobrepeso y la obesidad; fortalecimiento de la vigilancia alimentaria y nutricional; y el redireccionamiento de la mirada gerencial hacia la atención integral del sobrepeso y la obesidad. Estos temas fueron desarrollados según planes de lecciones, con la siguiente estructura: recepción, presentación de los objetivos de aprendizaje y preguntas orientadoras, desarrollo del tema, evaluación y propuesta de actividades. Los momentos sincrónicos se realizaron a través de metodologías participativas, a través de herramientas que apoyaron la enseñanza a distancia, tales como: Google Meet, Google Classroom, Padlet y Mentimeter. El proceso de elaboración del material para este curso se caracterizó como una acción formativa del equipo involucrado y su aplicación fue evaluada positivamente por los gestores en cuanto a los temas desarrollados y la conducción didáctico-pedagógica.O objetivo deste estudo é descrever o desenvolvimento e a aplicação do material didático digital do curso “O Olhar da Gestão no Cuidado Integral à Pessoa com Sobrepeso e Obesidade”, voltado a gestores da Atenção Primária à Saúde do Ceará. O material foi aplicado na modalidade remota em setembro de 2021 e contempla 40 horas-aula. Os temas abordados foram inicialmente apontados pelos próprios participantes como relevantes para a gestão da atenção primária à saúde, dizendo respeito: ao contexto do sobrepeso e obesidade; ao fortalecimento da vigilância alimentar e nutricional; e ao redirecionamento do olhar da gestão para o cuidado integral do sobrepeso e obesidade. Estes temas foram desenvolvidos conforme planos de aula, com a seguinte estrutura: acolhimento, apresentação dos objetivos de aprendizagem e das perguntas norteadoras, desenvolvimento do tema, realização de avaliação e proposição de atividades. Os momentos síncronos foram realizados através de metodologias participativas, por meio de ferramentas que apoiaram o ensino remoto, como: Google Meet, Google Classroom, Padlet e Mentimeter.
