Technological tools for teaching and learning mathematics in high school: an analysis of legal documents at the national level

Resumo: This article is an excerpt of a Doctoral, research from the Postgraduate Program in Educational, Sciences at the University of Integration de las Américas. The official Brazilian educational documents are analyzed here, verifying the recommendations for the use of technologies in the teaching of mathematics in high school. This is a documentary study, in which the Law of Directives and Bases of Education LDB 9394/96 (Brasil, 1996) was used; of the National Cuticular Parameters of High School (2000ab), Curriculum Guidelines for High School (Brazil, 1996) and National Common Curriculum Base BNCC (2018). We conclude, that although all these legal regulations guide the use of technologies in the didactic conduct of the area of ​​mathematical knowledge in High School, it is evident that implementing these legal bases is a great challenge that passes through the funding of education, the implementation of public policies to provide schools with technological resources; as well as the training of teachers.

Se analizan aquí los documentos educativos oficiales brasileños, verificando las recomendaciones para el uso de tecnologías en la enseñanza de las matemáticas en la enseñanza media. Se trata de un estudio documental, en el que se utilizó la Ley de Directrices y Bases de la Educación LDB 9394/96 (Brasil, 1996); de los Parámetros Cuticulares Nacionales de la Enseñanza Media (2000ab), Directrices Curriculares de la Enseñanza Media (Brasil, 1996) y Base Curricular Común Nacional BNCC (2018). Concluimos que si bien todas estas normativas legales orientan el uso de las tecnologías en la conducta didáctica del área del conocimiento matemático en la Educación Secundaria, se evidencia que implementar estas bases legales es un gran desafío que pasa por el financiamiento de la educación, la implementación de políticas públicas para dotar a las escuelas de recursos tecnológicos, así como la formación de docentes.O presente artigo é um recorte de uma pesquisa de Doutorado, do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciências da Educação, da Universidade de la Integración de las Américas. Analisam-se aqui os documentos educacionais brasileiros oficiais, verificando as recomendações do uso das tecnologias no ensino da matemática no Ensino Médio. Trata-se de um estudo documental, em que se fez uso da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação LDB 9394/96 (Brasil, 1996); dos Parâmetros Cuticulares Nacionais do Ensino Médio (2000ab), Orientações Curriculares para o Ensino Médio (Brasil, 1996) e Base Comum Curricular Nacional BNCC (2018).
