Resumo: | The article takes a look at the legal documents, Resolution No. 2 of July 1, 2015. BNC-Formation Opinion of September 18, 2019, CNE/CP Resolution No. 02/2019 (BNC-Formation), which constitute National curriculum Guidelines for initial training at a higher level in undergraduate courses, exploratory-analytical objectives were used, in which it was proposed to analyze and describe the characteristics of the documents studied from documentary and bibliographic research procedures, supported by the qualitative approach of a basic nature. Analyzing the perspective of Pedagogy of Competencies, from the curriculum Sacristán (2011), Dourado (2016; 2017), among other authors who address the neoliberal matrix present in legal curriculum documents. Dialogue with teacher training focused on human training brought in Resolution No. 2/2015. It briefly addresses the context in which the construction of guidelines and the pedagogical concepts that permeate this construction, or curricular reformulation, are configured. |

El artículo orienta la mirada a los documentos legales, Resolución N° 2 del 1 de julio de 2015. BNC-Formación Dictamen del 18 de septiembre de 2019, Resolución CNE/CP N° 02/2019 (BNC-Formación), que constituyen Lineamientos Curriculares Nacionales para la formación inicial a nivel superior en los cursos de Licenciatura. Para ello, se utilizaron objetivos exploratorio-analíticos, en los cuales se propuso analizar y describir las características de los documentos estudiados a partir de procedimientos de investigación documental y bibliográfica, apoyados en el enfoque cualitativo de carácter básico. Se hizo el análisis de la perspectiva de la Pedagogía de las Competencias desde el currículo, a partir de Sacristán (2011), Dourado (2016; 2017), entre otros autores que abordan la matriz neoliberal presente en los documentos curriculares legales. Se dialogó con la formación docente orientada en la formación humana planteado en la Resolución N° 2/2015. De igual forma, se abordó, brevemente, el contexto en el que se configura la construcción de lineamientos y los conceptos pedagógicos que permean esta construcción o reformulación curricular.O artigo traz olhares sobre os documentos legais, Resolução nº 2, de 1º de julho de 2015; Parecer da BNC-Formação, de 18 de setembro de 2019; Resolução do CNE/CP nº 02/2019 (BNC-Formação), que se constituem nas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a formação inicial em nível superior nos cursos de licenciatura. Fez-se uso de objetivos exploratório-analíticos, pelos quais se propôs a analisar e descrever as características dos documentos estudados a partir de procedimentos de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, amparada na abordagem qualitativa de natureza básica. Analisou-se sob a perspectiva da Pedagogia das Competências e do currículo tendo por base Sacristán (2011), Dourado (2016; 2017), entre outros autores que abordam a presença da matriz neoliberal nos documentos curriculares legais. Dialogou-se com a formação docente voltada para a formação humana trazida na Resolução nº 2/2015.
