Resumo: Entrepreneurship and technological innovation are considered important drivers of socioeconomic development and have therefore been included as a theme in higher education, academic research and university extension. This article aims to analyze the promotion of persuasive communication skills through the teaching of entrepreneurship. Aiming to meet this goal is a dynamic that can be used as a teaching strategy for entrepreneurship in higher education involving the promotion of entrepreneurial skills Persuasive Communication. This is a study based on qualitative research, in which the dynamics developed were applied by three semesters in an undergraduate discipline that addresses management and entrepreneurship. In the form of an experience report, the steps and tasks that make up the dynamics are presented, highlighting the fact that students used different forms of communication to convince potential clients and investors about an innovative idea. The report emphasizes that entrepreneurial skills in persuasive communication can be promoted in the classroom using the aforementioned dynamics, making the class use visual and verbal communication resources to defend business proposals. The study indicates that the dynamics have potential to be applied in disciplines of different areas of knowledge that aim to teach entrepreneurship.

Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la promoción de habilidades de comunicación persuasiva a través de la enseñanza del emprendimiento. El objetivo de alcanzar este objetivo es una dinámica que se puede utilizar como una estrategia de enseñanza para el emprendimiento en la educación superior que implica la promoción de habilidades empresariales Comunicación persuasiva. Este es un estudio basado en la investigación cualitativa, en el cual las dinámicas desarrolladas fueron aplicadas por tres semestres en una disciplina de pregrado que aborda la gestión y el espíritu empresarial. En forma de un informe de experiencia, se presentan los pasos y las tareas que componen la dinámica, destacando el hecho de que los estudiantes utilizaron diferentes formas de comunicación para convencer a los posibles clientes e inversores sobre una idea innovadora. El informe enfatiza que las habilidades empresariales en comunicación persuasiva se pueden promover en el aula utilizando la dinámica antes mencionada, haciendo que la clase use recursos de comunicación visual y comunicación verbal para defender las propuestas comerciales. El estudio indica que las dinámicas tienen el potencial de ser aplicadas en disciplinas de diferentes áreas de conocimiento destinadas a enseñar emprendimiento.O empreendedorismo e a inovação tecnológica são considerados importantes propulsores de desenvolvimento socioeconômico e por isso têm sido incluídos como tema no ensino superior, na pesquisa acadêmica e na extensão universitária. Este artigo objetiva analisar a promoção da habilidade de comunicação persuasiva por meio do ensino de empreendedorismo. Visando atender a este objetivo é apresenta uma dinâmica que pode ser utilizada como estratégia de ensino de empreendedorismo no ensino superior envolvendo a promoção da habilidade empreendedora Comunicação Persuasiva. Trata-se de um estudo baseado em pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, no qual a dinâmica desenvolvida foi aplicada por três semestres em uma disciplina de graduação que aborda administração e empreendedorismo. Em forma de relato de experiência, são apresentadas as etapas e tarefas que compõem a dinâmica, destacando-se o fato de que os alunos utilizaram diferentes formas de comunicação para convencer potenciais clientes e investidores a respeito de uma ideia inovadora. O relato enfatiza que a habilidade empreendedora de comunicação persuasiva pode ser promovida em sala de aula com uso da dinâmica antes mencionada, fazendo com que a turma utilize recursos da comunicação visual e da comunicação verbal para defender propostas de negócios.
