Resumo: We analyzed the application of a pedagogical workshop applied in the Pedagogy Degree course at a public university. The workshop provided to the teachers in initial training a moment of discussion about Mathematics Education and the experimentation of situations of inclusion for students with physical and visual disabilities and high abilities/giftedness. The pedagogical actions used were group work, playful activities, and workshop evaluation. The results pointed out the importance of the work on mathematical knowledge in the initial training of teachers education and the possibilities of Inclusive Mathematics Education from the perspective of Human Rights. Therefore, the need to develop and practice innovative strategies and methodologies that enable the inclusion of students with disabilities in Mathematics classes.

El taller proporcionó a los profesores en formación inicial un momento de discusión sobre la Educación Matemática y la experimentación de situaciones de inclusión de alumnos con discapacidades físicas y visuales y altas capacidades/superdotación. Las acciones pedagógicas utilizadas fueron el trabajo en grupo, las actividades lúdicas y la evaluación del taller. Los resultados señalaron la importancia del trabajo sobre el conocimiento matemático en la formación inicial del profesorado y las posibilidades de la Educación Matemática Inclusiva desde la perspectiva de los Derechos Humanos. De ahí la necesidad de desarrollar y practicar estrategias y metodologías innovadoras que permitan la inclusión de los alumnos con discapacidad en las clases de Matemáticas.Analisamos a aplicação de uma oficina pedagógica em um curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia de uma universidade pública. A oficina propiciou, durante a formação inicial, discussão acerca da Educação Matemática e a experimentação de situações de inclusão de estudantes com deficiência física, visual e altas habilidades/superdotação. Foram utilizadas como ações pedagógicas o trabalho em grupo, atividades lúdicas e avaliação da oficina. Os resultados apontaram a importância do trabalho sobre o conhecimento matemático na formação inicial dos professores e as possibilidades da Educação Matemática Inclusiva na perspectiva dos Direitos Humanos.
