TREINAMENTO EM HABILIDADES SOCIAIS PROFISSIONAIS: DESENVOLVIMENTO DE COMPETÊNCIAS SOCIAIS DE LÍDERES DE UMA INSTITUIÇÃO BANCÁRIA

Resumo: | This study was carried out from a Professional Social Skills Training with the leadership and management of a banking institution in the interior of the state of São Paulo, with the objective of developing such skills in the agents of change of the organization, allowing the analysis of the evolution from the self-assessment of performance, applied before and after training. The case study procedure of an applied nature was used with exploratory objectives of a quantitative approach. It started with individual meetings with the 16 leaders for the first self-analysis of individual competences, applying the Professional Social Skills Wheel, selecting the skills most needed to carry out the training, identified as: social skills of Civility and Citizenship, Assertiveness and Giving and Receiving Feedback. At the end of the training, the Wheel was reapplied, with the aim of recording improvements in the self-assessment of the topics discussed and the generalization of the knowledge acquired to the other topics. The results found showed that there was a significant reconsideration of the professional attitudes regarding the 10 social skills investigated before the training because, for the most part, the employees recognized themselves with lower scores than in the first application, based on the real knowledge of the concept of each one. of the skills developed, and there was also a relevant improvement in the judgments in the skills worked on, as the employees had better scores in the third application. It can be concluded that there was progress in the behavior of change agents in the organization after the application of training, reaching the proposed objectives. Keywords: Social Skills; Organizational development; Leadership.Este estudo se realizou a partir de um Treinamento de Habilidades Sociais Profissionais com a liderança e gerência de uma instituição bancária no interior do estado de São Paulo, com o objetivo de se desenvolver tais habilidades nos agentes de mudança da organização, possibilitando a análise da evolução a partir da autoavaliação de desempenho, aplicada antes e após os treinamentos. Utilizou-se o procedimento de estudo de caso de natureza aplicada com objetivos exploratórios de abordagem quantitativa. Iniciou-se pelos encontros individuais com os 16 líderes para a primeira autoanálise das competências individuais, aplicando-se a Roda de Competências Sociais Profissionais, selecionando as habilidades de maior necessidade para a realização do treinamento, identificadas como: habilidades sociais de Civilidade e Cidadania, de Assertividade e dar e receber Feedback. Ao final dos treinamentos, realizou-se a reaplicação da Roda, com o intuito de registro de melhorias na autoavaliação dos temas discutidos e da generalização dos conhecimentos adquiridos para os demais temas. Os resultados encontrados mostraram que houve uma reconsideração significativa das posturas profissionais referentes às 10 habilidades sociais investigadas antes dos treinamentos pois, em sua maioria, os colaboradores se reconheceram com pontuações menores do que na primeira aplicação, a partir do real conhecimento do conceito de cada uma das habilidades desenvolvidas, e também observou-se uma melhora relevante dos julgamentos nas próprias habilidades trabalhadas, pois os colaboradores apresentaram melhores pontuações na terceira aplicação. Pode-se concluir que houve um progresso nos comportamentos dos agentes de mudança na organização após a aplicação dos treinamentos, atingindo os objetivos propostos.
