Resumo: | The aim of this article is to broaden the discussion on Freire's theoretical-methodological assumptions relevant to interdisciplinarity that can support the formative processes in the Licentiate Degree in Rural Education. Therefore, we seek to reframe the concept of interdisciplinarity based on Freire. The methodological apparatus that supported the investigation was theoretical-bibliographic, being focused on a critical and inquiring reflection, as well as the hermeneutic task presented itself as appropriate. From it we extract that the proposal for the formation of the human being through the educational process based on Freire occurs based on the theoretical categories of dialogue, totality and otherness materialized in the methodology of the generating theme. The profound respect for the condition of human beings and the relationship between the parts and the whole that constitute problematizing education form the basis of interdisciplinarity based on Freire, present in the method of generating themes. Such discussion is fruitful in the Degree in Rural Education. |

Such discussion is fruitful in the Degree in Rural Education.El objetivo de este artículo es ampliar la discusión sobre los supuestos teórico-metodológicos de Freire relevantes a la interdisciplinariedad que pueden sustentar los procesos formativos en la Licenciatura en Educación Rural. Por tanto, buscamos replantear el concepto de interdisciplinariedad basado en Freire. El aparato metodológico que sustentó la investigación fue teórico-bibliográfico, enfocándose en una reflexión crítica e inquisitiva, así como la tarea hermenéutica se presentó como pertinente. De ella extraemos que la propuesta para la formación del ser humano a través del proceso educativo basado en Freire se da a partir de las categorías teóricas de diálogo, totalidad y alteridad materializadas en la metodología del tema generador. El profundo respeto por la condición del ser humano y la relación entre las partes y el todo que constituyen la educación problematizadora constituyen la base de la interdisciplinariedad basada en Freire, presente en el método de los temas generativos. Tal discusión es fructífera en la Licenciatura en Educación de campo.O objetivo desse artigo consiste em ampliar a discussão sobre os pressupostos teórico-metodológicos de Freire pertinentes à interdisciplinaridade que podem fundamentar os processos formativos na Licenciatura em Educação do Campo. Para tanto, buscamos ressignificar o conceito interdisciplinaridade a partir de Freire. O aparato metodológico que sustentou a investigação foi teórico-bibliográfico, estando voltada para uma reflexão crítica e indagadora, bem como a tarefa hermenêutica apresentou-se apropriada. Dela extraímos que a proposta de formação do ser humano através do processo educativo baseado em Freire ocorre fundamentado nas categorias teóricas diálogo, totalidade e alteridade materializadas na metodologia do tema gerador. O profundo respeito à condição de ser humano e a relação entre as partes e o todo que constituem a educação problematizadora, consubstanciam a base da interdisciplinaridade a partir de Freire, presente no método de temas geradores.
