It is clear that we live in a time of crisis, a much discussed environmental crisis, but it comes from a much larger crisis, a crisis of values that has taken place in our society. The environmental crisis emerges from the fact that an anthropocentrism influenced by the economic model in which we find ourselves, in a visible technological need, in which the values that should govern the life of society as a whole, are in full lag. The Environmental Education (EE) always met in relation to extreme proximity values, both ethical as aesthetic. It is true that the values, tied to knowledge and political participation, form the basis for a critical study of the EA. In this context, and realizing that teachers are not trained to work directly with values, the present study aims to understand and examine the training of environmental educators to education in values and their limitations.
