Os desafios da docência do ensino superior: o uso das tecnologias no ensino remoto

Resumo: This research aimed to investigate, from the perspective of the university professor, what changes have occurred in his pedagogical practice with the use of digital technologies in remote education (including the cut of the Pandemic of COVID-19). To conduct the study, we interviewed six teachers who work at a higher education institution in the Pedagogy course. This study is characterized as a descriptiveanalytical investigation, of a qualitative nature. To conduct the research, we opted for a qualitative approach and adopted the following methodological procedures: documentary study, application of questionnaires and interviews with teachers. The theoretical framework used is based on the authors Shulman, Nóvoa, Cunha, Moran, Luckesi, Pérez Gómez and studies on the challenge of dialoguing with technologies without losing, however, the interactive didactics in the construction of knowledge in remote education. We found that all teachers seek to make use of technologies, however, in this section of remote education, we found that little training was carried out to adapt to this new scenario. Finally, we point out that remote teaching has created some difficulties in the teaching-learning process.

Para a realização do estudo, entrevistamos seis professores que atuam numa instituição de ensino superior no curso de Pedagogia. Esse estudo caracteriza-se como uma investigação descritivo-analítica, de natureza qualitativa. Para a realização da pesquisa optamos por uma abordagem qualitativa e adotamos os seguintes procedimentos metodológicos: estudo documental, aplicação de questionários e realização de entrevistas com docentes. O referencial teórico utilizado pauta-se nos autores Shulman, Nóvoa, Cunha, Moran, Luckesi, Pérez Gómez e em estudos sobre o desafio de dialogar com as tecnologias sem perder, no entanto, a didática interativa na construção dos saberes no ensino remoto. Constatamos que todos os professores procuram fazer uso das tecnologias, entretanto, nesse recorte do ensino remoto, verificamos que pouca capacitação foi realizada para a adequação nesse novo cenário.
