The present monographic work has as its theme "revenge pornography in a high school in Tubarão / SC", whose general objective is to analyze the occurrence or innocence of revenge pornography in Tubarão, based on a survey conducted with high school adolescents School of Basic Education Henrique Fontes. Regarding the method of approach, the research is classified as quantitative, since it analyzes data, because, in the present study, the social class of adolescents, religion, age, income, whether or not they reside with their parents were analyzed, among other factors in relation to revenge pornography. As for the level, the nature of the research is exploratory, given that it brings familiarity with the subject by describing characteristics of a given population. With regard to the procedure of data collection, the research was carried out by the bibliographic method and data collection. The instrument used was a questionnaire with 24 (twenty-four) questions, which within a universe of 240 (two hundred and forty) students of the third year of high school, 28.33% (twenty-eight integers and thirty-three hundredths percent) joined the survey, who were chosen because they were adolescents and used social media more often. The results of this work demonstrated that there is revenge pornography in Tubarão/SC, including adolescents, with the majority of victims being female adolescents. With the research carried out it was verified that the majority of the victims presented inert to find that they had their intimate photos published, nothing that the main reasons for these were the end of relationship, revenge and threat, which corroborates with the terminology pornography "Of revenge". Furthermore, it has been found that although there is currently a specific article for revenge pornography, included in Law 13.718/18, it is still necessary to implement public policies as well as programs in schools to prevent or even to help victims of revenge pornography.
