Resumo: The concern with healthy habits, in view of a balanced diet and rich in nutrients has been changing the market that in the past was not concerned with poor diet and the exacerbated consumption of low quality foods that bring innumerable harm to health, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension , diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, in addition to obesity. The world is currently migrating to this market that is increasingly gaining supporters all over the world, there are those that change at first just because they are dissatisfied with body aesthetics, on the other hand we have people who change their habits so that better and better health a general way. The purpose of creating the company was born from the need to offer healthy, tasty food to customers, thus creating their own identity in each option that will be offered, we aim to be a reference in the market in Brasilia, always cherishing the quality of the food that will be provided. According to a study by the Euromonitor research agency, the health and well-being food market grew 98% in the country from 2009 to 2014. Bearing in mind that Brazil is the 5th largest market in the healthy food and beverage sector, The micro-company + Fit, will operate in the Center of Brasilia, making deliveries, in Asa Sul and Asa Norte, where we have the highest concentration of people who care about food and who are adept at healthy lifestyle they are willing to pay for food that have quality.

O mundo atualmente vem migrando para esse mercado que cada vez mais ganha adeptos por todo o mundo, existem aquelas que mudam no primeiro momento apenas porque estão insatisfeitas com estética corporal, por outro lado temos pessoas que mudam seus hábitos para que a saúde melhor e de uma maneira geral. O intuito de criar a empresa nasceu da necessidade de oferecer comida saudável, e saborosa aos clientes, assim criando identidade própria em cada opção que será oferecida, temos o objetivo de ser referência no mercado de Brasília, prezando sempre pela qualidade dos alimentos que irão ser fornecidos. Segundo um estudo da agência de pesquisa Euromonitor, o mercado de alimentação ligado à saúde e ao bem-estar cresceu 98% no país de 2009 a 2014.
