Resumo: | The professionals whose work is connected to the health promotion, disease prevention and health recuperation must know the nutritional process as a phisiological phenomen, influenced directly by environmental, social and psicological condictions. In this way, the nutritional education appears as an emerging area in order to outline population nutritional problems. The aim of this study was to do a literature review about nutritional education related to the health education process. So, we evidenced that, due to educational process transmit informations, subsidizing patients to their solemnity care, the health workers would transcend their technician-scientific knowledge in order to act as health educators and knpwledge multipliers. |

Neste sentido, a educação nutricional surge como área emergente para contornar os problemas nutricionais da população. O objetivo deste trabalho foi fazer uma revisão bibliográfica acerca da educação nutricional e do processo de educação em saúde.
