Resumo: The use of Information and Communication Technologies represent possibilities of didactic resource and inserted in initial teacher training. Thus, the present study aimed to investigate the use of ICT by the 10 monitors of a biological sciences course, who participated in the research through an online questionnaire, sent to each of them. Among the participants, 80% claimed to make use of some technological resources during the monitorial activity, including highlighting their pedagogical importance. Thus, there is compliance with the use of some technological tools in the exercise of monitoring, even if there is a gap in the initial training of the licensees to use them

Así, el presente trabajo objetivó averiguar el uso de las TIC por los 10 alumnos monitores de un curso de ciencias biológicas, que participaron de la investigación a través de un cuestionario online, enviado a cada uno de ellos. Entre los participantes, el 80% alega hacer el uso de algunos recursos tecnológicos durante la actividad monitorial, incluso, destacando su importancia pedagógica. Así, hay la observancia de la utilización de algunas herramientas tecnológicas en el ejercicio del monitoreo, aun habiendo laguna en la formación inicial de los licenciandos para uso de las mismas.O uso das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) representam possibilidade de recurso didático. Assim, o presente trabalho objetivou averiguar o uso das TIC pelos 10 alunos monitores de um curso de ciências biológicas, que participaram da investigação através de um questionário online, enviado por correio eletrônico a cada um deles. Dentre os participantes, 80% alegam fazer o uso de alguns recursos tecnológicas durante a atividade monitorial, inclusive, destacando sua importância pedagógica.
