Resumo: | The research focus on children’s gender and sexualities and in what educators live every day in a not established or thought curriculum but present in school. Gender and sexualities are school controversy social constructions by the multiplicity of visions, beliefs, taboos, prohibitions and values of those who work in it. The research made in two schools caught information from: (a) the research with participative observation and register of narratives in a diary; (b) semi-structured interviews with educator(s); (c) dialogues and exchanging knowledge in the ongoing teacher(s) education; (d) bibliography of childhood, curriculum, gender and sexualities. The conclusion: (1) revealed educators’ hiding and silencing about this theme; (2) showed difficult experiences which lead adults to face new situations raising to decisions in an uncertain, peculiar and value conflicts’ field; (3) showed speaking carried by anxiety and duress about the sexual act; (4) revealed the educating team’s (un)knowing experience bout children’s gender and sexualities. |

Sexualidades y género son construcciones sociales controvertidas por la multiplicidad de opiniones, creencias, tabúes, prohibiciones y los valores de los que conviven en ella. La investigación en dos escuelas entrelazó los datos oriundos de: (a) la observación participante y el registro en las narrativas en un diario de campo; (b) entrevistas semiestructuradas con educadores/as; (c) diálogos y intercambio de conocimientos en la educación continuada de los/las educadores/as; (d) bibliografía en lo que concierne a la infancia, al currículo, al género y la sexualidad. Los resultados: (1) dieron a conocer lo que se oculta y silencia sobre el tema; (2) expusieron experiencias problemáticas a los adultos que desencadenan decisiones en un complejo terreno de la incertidumbre, singularidad y conflicto de valores; (3) pusieron en evidencia el habla con marcas de angustia y bochorno respecto a lo sexual; (4) revelaron tener (des)conocimiento por parte de los equipos docentes sobre el género y la sexualidad de los niños.A pesquisa focaliza o gênero e as sexualidades da criança e as vivências do(a) educador(a), num currículo não prescrito e nem pensado, mas presente na escola. Sexualidades e gênero são construções sociais polêmicas pela multiplicidade de visões, crenças, tabus, interditos e valores dos que nela convivem. A investigação em duas escolas entrelaçou dados oriundos de: (a) observação participante e registro de narrativas num diário de campo; (b) entrevistas semiestruturados com educadore(a)s; (c) diálogos e troca de conhecimentos na formação continuada do(a)s educadore(a)s; (d) bibliografia sobre infância, currículo, gênero e sexualidades.
