Resumo: This thesis aims to develop a full-internationalization plan for the Portuguese medium-sized company Pontual Software Solutions. For the competition of the Work Project, a literature review on the topic International Market Selection and an in-depth analysis of the United Kingdom were conducted. The market research was based on four dimensions: potential contacts, market sales potential, competitive landscape, and market entry conditions. As a result, the United Kingdom was considered the most promising market and direct exporting was chosen as preferred entry mode. To strength the analysis, a marketing plan, and a financial forecast were further developed.
