Resumo: | Teacher training is a subject under constant study in research in Education. In view of the growth in the supply of undergraduate courses in the form of Distance Education (EaD), this study aims to identify and problematize the view of Mathematics teachers graduated from the University of Uberaba (Uniube), in the campus of Janaúba/MG, in the period from 2006 to 2020, shedding light on the challenges and possibilities experienced in their entry, process of academic training in Mathematics in the EaD modality. The research has a qualitative approach, and semi-structured interviews were carried out with three (3) professors from the aforementioned Higher Education Institution, in the municipality of Janaúba/MG, who teach in public schools of the State Education Network in that same municipality. The survey results indicate that distance education, despite the challenges, presents possibilities for a solid training to exercise the teaching profession. |

En vista del crecimiento de la oferta de cursos de pregrado en la modalidad de Educación a Distancia (Educación a Distancia), este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar y problematizar la visión de los profesores de matemáticas graduados de la Universidad de Uberaba (Uniube), en el eje Janaúba/MG, en el período de 2006 a 2020, arrojando luz sobre los retos y posibilidades vividas en su ingreso, proceso de formación académica en Matemáticas en la modalidad EaD. La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, y se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas con tres (3) profesores egresados de dicha Institución de Educación Superior, en el municipio de Janaúba/MG, y que enseñan en escuelas públicas del Sistema Escolar Estatal de ese mismo municipio. Los resultados de la investigación indican que el DS, a pesar de los desafíos, presenta posibilidades de una formación sólida para el ejercicio de la profesión docente.A formação de professores é uma temática em constante estudo nas pesquisas em Educação. Tendo em vista o crescimento da oferta de cursos de graduação na modalidade de Educação a Distância (EaD), este estudo tem por objetivo identificar e problematizar a visão dos professores de Matemática graduados pela Universidade de Uberaba (Uniube), no polo de Janaúba/MG, no período de 2006 a 2020, lançando luz sobre os desafios e possibilidades vivenciadas em seu ingresso, processo de formação acadêmica em Matemática na modalidade EaD. A pesquisa possui abordagem qualitativa, tendo sido realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com três (3) professores egressos da referida Instituição de Ensino Superior, no município de Janaúba/MG, e que lecionam em escolas públicas da rede Estadual de Ensino desse mesmo município.
