Resumo: This article analyzes, from a student perspective, aspects of distance learning in Law courses in private institutions located in the city of Sobral, in the state of Ceará (Brazil), resulting from the change in the way of teaching/learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, in 2020. An exploratory and descriptive research was carried out in the first half of September 2020, through the application of an electronic questionnaire (Google Forms) sent to 60 students from the aforementioned institutions. To better understand this new reality, questions are addressed here regarding the socioeconomic profile of respondents, procedures adopted by the institutions in which they study are analyzed, the consequent academic performance of students is evaluated and possible critical points caused by the distance learning mode are identified

Faz-se uma pesquisa de natureza exploratória e descritiva, realizada na primeira metade de setembro de 2020, por meio da aplicação de questionário eletrônico (Google Forms) encaminhados a 60 estudantes das aludidas instituições sobralenses.
