Precarization of teaching work: reflections in pandemic and post pandemic times

Resumo: | The purpose of this article is to reflect on the current context of precarious teaching work, in the context of the reality that was reconfigured and that was put in an accelerated form due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Because of the new format of education presented, due to the social distance, we show some weaknesses of the educational system, such as the use of new technologies in remote education, distance education (DE) and hybrid education as a perspective for a probable return to school. The present work is the result of a bibliographic review of documents and studies on the theme of remote and hybrid education, which presents new ways of teaching due to the emergency nature, in which professionals accustomed to face-to-face education, are forced to adapt, thus prevailing the precariousness of teaching work. |

Em função do novo formato de educação apresentado, devido o distanciamento social, mostramos algumas fragilidades do sistema educacional como a utilização de novas tecnologias no ensino remoto, da educação a distância (EaD) e do ensino híbrido como perspectiva parar um provável retorno às aulas.
