Professional teacher training: implications for the exercise of teaching

Resumo: | The professional educational formation rebounds in the exercise of the teaching. In that sense, it is had as general problem of research: what implications do have the educational professional formation for the exercise of the teaching? And as general objective: to understand the implications of the educational professional formation to the exercise of the teaching. The research had qualitative approach and, with relationship to the procedures of collection of data, it is classified as bibliographical. It was revealed that the formation of teachers raisin for countless moments and he/she never leaves of being mobilized, with the acquisition of new know. In the graduation it is named as initial and when penetrating in the educational scenery it passes configuring as continuous and continuous. Therefore, the educational formation links with the context of performance and with the innovation possibilities, that make the teacher to learn the profession. |

Nesse sentido, tem-se como problema geral de pesquisa: Que implicações tem a formação profissional docente para o exercício do magistério? E como objetivo geral: Compreender implicações da formação profissional docente ao exercício do magistério. A pesquisa, realizada em 2022, teve abordagem qualitativa e, quanto aos procedimentos de produção de dados, é classificada como bibliográfica. Revelou-se que a formação de professores passa por inúmeras etapas e nunca deixa de ser mobilizada, com a aquisição de novos saberes. Na graduação nomeia-se como inicial e ao adentrar no cenário docente passa a se configurar como continuada e contínua.
