Hospital and Business Pedagogy: The role of the pedagogue in non-school contexts

Resumo: The present work presents the report of an experience of Compulsory Curricular Internship - in the area of school management of the Degree in Pedagogy at the University of Pitágoras - Unopar, adapted due to the pandemic (covid-19). The main objective is the search for understanding the fundamentals that support the reflection on the structure and possibilities of the pedagogue's performance in the hospital and business spaces. The choice of the theoretical framework used in the preparation of this report was made in order to articulate and complement scientific knowledge and discussions, since we were unable to carry out the field research due to the social isolation of covid-19.

O objetivo principal é a busca pela compreensão dos fundamentos que subsidiam a reflexão sobre a estrutura e as possibilidades de atuação do pedagogo nos espaços hospitalar e empresarial.
