Resumo: This article addresses the issue of teacher training in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, reflecting on the use and applicability of various TDICs (Digital Information and Communication Technologies) as tools for teaching and learning. In this sense, the research carried out with teachers has the general objective of raising the viability of several TDICs for use in teaching and awakening in teachers the awareness of the importance of continuing education which must occur concomitantly with the exercise of teaching. The methodology has an exploratory and participatory character and was carried out through the application of a hybrid course. The course achieved its goals by being able to equip the teacher to use various technological resources, showing how to leave the traditional teaching method, for a method with more creative and dynamic classes, where the student becomes an active agent in the classroom.

En este sentido, la investigación realizada con docentes tiene como objetivo general elevar la viabilidad de varias TDIC para su uso en la docencia y despertar en los docentes la conciencia de la importancia de la formación continua que debe darse concomitantemente con el ejercicio de la docencia. La metodología tiene un carácter exploratorio y participativo y se llevó a cabo mediante la aplicación de un curso híbrido. El curso logró sus objetivos al poder equipar al docente en el uso de diversos recursos tecnológicos, mostrando cómo salir del método de enseñanza tradicional, por un método con clases más creativas y dinámicas, donde el estudiante se convierte en un agente activo en el aula.O presente artigo aborda a temática da capacitação de professores frente à pandemia da COVID- 19, refletindo sobre o uso e aplicabilidade de diversas TDICs (Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e Comunicação) como ferramentas para ensinar e aprender. Nesse sentido, a pesquisa realizada com docentes, tem como objetivo geral levantar a viabilidade de diversas TDICs para uso no ensino e despertar nos professores a consciência para a importância da formação continuada a qual deve ocorrer concomitante ao exercício do magistério. A metodologia tem caráter exploratório e participativo e se deu através da aplicação de um curso de forma híbrida.
