THE DANCE IN THE CITY STAGE: PROCESSES AND SHARING OF MONITORS

Resumo: The project A Educação Integral nos Palcos da Cidade was analyzed from the eyes of the monitors/choreographers, accessed through semi-structured interviews. Sharing networks were approached as a rhizome and the insertion in this map was carried out with cartographic inspiration. The greatest benefit perceived by the interviewees in this process was the possibility of meeting, which strengthens their professional performance and reduces the feeling of isolation in daily school life.

Las redes de intercambio se abordaron como un rizoma y la inserción en este mapa se realizó con inspiración cartográfica. El mayor beneficio percibido por los entrevistados en este proceso fue la posibilidad de encuentro, lo que fortalece su desempeño profesional y reduce la sensación de aislamiento en la vida escolar diaria.O projeto A Educação Integral nos Palcos da Cidade foi analisado a partir dos olhares das/os monitoras/es coreógrafas/os, acessados por meio de entrevista semiestruturada. As redes de compartilhamento foram abordadas como um rizoma e a inserção nesse mapa foi feita com inspiração cartográfica.
