The present work aimed to analyze the contributions of the non-compulsory internship to the training of Pedagogy students of the Federal University of Paraíba. It was fullled in sectors/projects of this Institution where the interns developed activities not directly related to the teaching and learning process. For this reason, we carried out a qualitative study, descriptive and exploratory. This was rst, with a literature review and documentary about internship and formation of a pedagogue and the pedagogy course, focusing on areas not directly related to education. Este foi realizado em setores/projetos dessa Instituição onde os estagiários desenvolveram atividades não diretamente relacionadas ao processo de ensino- aprendizagem. Para isso, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, de cunho descritivo e exploratório. Procedeu-se, primeiramente, com uma revisão bibliográca e documental sobre estágio e formação do Pedagogo e do curso de Pedagogia, com foco em áreas de atuação não diretamente relacionadas ao ensino.
