Reflections on language intermediation in the relation between nursing teachers and undergraduate students

Resumo: Universities must stimulate an improvement in students' communication skills. Bibliographical references, educational tools and the way teachers deal with students are important in preparing individuals for professional practice, teaching and research. It's challenging for professors to cover curricular program content in large heterogeneous groups, therefore the relationship between teachers and students is central in school organization. The objective of this study is to understand the language interface in the teacher-student relationship in undergraduate Nursing. The authors state that it is fundamental for teachers to think about language, linguistic variations and discursive genres, giving a special place to enunciates and concepts, favoring the learning of students and strengthening the relationship with teachers.

Por lo tanto, la referencia bibliográfica, herramienta educativa, y la forma cómo los profesores se relacionan con los alumnos son importantes en la formación de individuos para el ejercicio profesional, la docencia y la investigación. Para los docentes es un desafío incluir contenidos programáticos en el plan de estudios en clases numerosas y heterogéneas y, por ello, la relación entre el profesor y el alumno es importante en esta organización escolar. El objetivo del trabajo es entender los interfaces del lenguaje en la relación profesor-alumno de graduación en enfermería. Las autoras sostienen que es fundamental que los profesores reflexionen acerca del lenguaje, las variaciones lingüísticas y los géneros discursivos, para valorar enunciados y conceptos, favorecer el aprendizaje de los alumnos y fortalecer su relación con los profesores.A universidade deve estimular a ampliação das competências comunicativas dos discentes; portanto, as referências bibliográficas, as ferramentas educacionais e a abordagem dos alunos pelos professores são importantes na formação de indivíduos para o exercício profissional, docência e pesquisa. É desafiante para docentes abrangerem conteúdos programáticos curriculares em classes numerosas e heterogêneas, constituindo-se a relação professor-aluno como auxiliar nesta organização escolar. O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender as interfaces da linguagem na relação professor-aluno de graduação em Enfermagem.
