The teaching of the microbiology contributes so that the pupils know the microorganisms and his influence on the human being and the environment. The knowledge helps in the formation of a critical sense for the children at which they can value beneficial processes and of harms the health, just as recognize some products in which microorganisms participate of the production. There is necessary this autocare so that the prevention is more used that the treatment. This study was carried out with the proper authorization of the pedagogic co-ordination; of the group of the fifth year of the basic teaching of the in municipal schoolchild hope Nova Marilândia-MT. In three consecutive classrooms a theoretical part and another practice happened initially using educational much (play, practices, observations, video-classroom), during the apprenticeship on the microorganisms, the pupils could consider and context the subject with routine situations. The evaluation of the exglided subject happened through illustrative images made by the children. The results demonstrated that the use of educational different ones consists of proceeding adapted with sight securing the assimilation of a new knowledge. The pupils appeared centered during the developed activities, understanding in the significant form the subjects transmitted on health. In this way, the microbiology can be spread to the pupils of the basic teaching, when are used specific strategies, which make possible the assimilation of the boarded content when the reality of the child is taken into account.
