SUPERVISED TEACHING PRACTICE IN SCIENCE COURSE IN AMAZON COUNTRYSIDE : CONTRIBUTIONS AND CHALLENGES

Resumo: | The research aims show contributions and challenges of the supervised teaching practice to teacher education by undergraduates at the Federal University of Amazon in Amazon countryside. Methodology was bibliographical research and a field study, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, exploratory and descriptive, with 20 undergraduate students of the Science: Biology and Chemistry course. It was found that between theory and practice there are several obstacles such as divergences between the planning of undergraduates and school, difficulty in chemistry teaching, personal organization and financial situations. Detection of gaps in supervised teaching practice can contribute to a better use of this stage and construction of teaching knowledge. |

Detection of gaps in supervised teaching practice can contribute to a better use of this stage and construction of teaching knowledge.El objetivo de esta investigación es presentar una reflexión sobre la perspectiva de los egresados sobre la pasantía supervisada en la Universidad Federal de Amazonas, analizando los aportes y dificultades en la formación docente. La metodología consistió en una investigación bibliográfica y uma investigación de campo, con enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, exploratorio y descriptivo, involucrando a 20 estudiantes de pregrado de la asignatura Ciencias: Biología y Química. Se encontró que entre la teoría y la práctica existen varios obstáculos como la dificultad para realizar las actividades debido a las divergencias entre la planificación de los estudiantes y la escuela, la dificultad de los estudiantes con la disciplina de la química, la organización personal y cuestiones financieras. La detección de brechas involucradas en las prácticas supervisadas puede contribuir a un mejor uso de esta práctica y construcción del conocimiento docente.O objetivo desta pesquisa é apresentar uma reflexão sobre a perspectiva dos licenciandos acerca do estágio supervisionado na Universidade Federal do Amazonas, analisando as contribuições e desafios na formação docente. A metodologia consistiu em uma pesquisa bibliográfica e uma pesquisa de campo, com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, exploratória e descritiva, envolvendo 20 graduandos do curso de Ciências: Biologia e Química. Verificou-se que entre a teoria e a prática há diversos entraves como a dificuldade para realização das atividades devido a divergências entre o planejamento dos estudantes e o da escola, dificuldade dos discentes com a disciplina de química, organização pessoal e questões financeiras.
