Interação entre a fonoaudiologia e SRM-AEE no cuidado aos casos de TEA em um município do interior do Estado de Sergipe

Resumo: OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between Speech Therapy and Specialized Educational Services in the follow-up of Autism Spectrum Disorder cases. METHODOLOGY: The research was carried out with AEE teachers, through interviews and a form, at a pre-established time, lasting one hour in a virtual way due to the Covid-19 pandemic period, with the objective of understanding the evolution of cases and associate with the speech therapy work offered by the municipality. RESULTS: The results were analyzed descriptively according to the main axes: 1. Instruments used for care; 2. Language development in TEA; 3. Speech-language pathology monitoring; 4. Speech therapy and attendance at the AEE; 5. Remote service during the Covid-19 pandemic. It was possible to observe that mechanisms are used that instrumentalize the services, respecting the particularities of the spectrum in each case. In line with the speech therapy service offered in one of the schools and its importance for the evolution of individuals. And also about the progress of calls remotely, in view of the moment of the Covid-19. CONCLUSION: The AEE consultations together with the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology therapy proved to be efficient in the cases observed. It emphasizes the importance of assistive technologies that value the development of such an individual with the use and facilitation of activities that are carried out during daily life, and that greatly help in the global development of students

METODOLOGIA: A pesquisa foi realizada com professoras do AEE, por meio de entrevistas e formulário, em horário pré-estabelecido, com duração de uma hora de forma virtual devido ao período de pandemia da Covid19, com o objetivo de entender a evolução dos casos e associar ao trabalho fonoaudiológico ofertado pelo município. RESULTADOS: Os resultados foram analisados de forma descritiva de acordo com os eixos principais: 1. Instrumentos utilizados para os atendimentos; 2. Desenvolvimento da linguagem no TEA; 3. Acompanhamento fonoaudiológico; 4. Fonoaudiologia e atendimento no AEE; 5. Atendimento remoto durante a pandemia da Covid-19. Foi possível observar que são utilizados mecanismos que instrumentalizem os atendimentos, respeitando as particularidades do espectro em cada caso. Em consonância ao atendimento fonoaudiológico ofertado em uma das escolas e sua importância para a evolução dos indivíduos. E também sobre o andamento dos atendimentos de forma remota, tendo em vista o momento da pandemia da Covid-19. CONCLUSÃO: Os atendimentos do AEE em conjunto a terapia Fonoaudiológica se mostraram eficientes nos casos observados.
