Remote Teaching, Youth and National Curriculum (BNCC):: teaching and learning process in Secondary Education

Resumo: This article problematizes the teaching-learning process in High School, considering the construction of the Curriculum Reference Document for Mato Grosso and remote education, a strategy adopted by the recommendation of social distance due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Through the qualitative approach of the documentary research method, with triangulation of sources, the connectivity of youth, the target audience of High School, is approached, in contrast to the difficulties observed in remote education and the path of construction of the curriculum framework of High School in state of Mato Grosso, understanding as part of the challenges of the post-pandemic period, due to the proposed changes. We note the need to debate investment in public education, to place youth learning as the focus of curricular concerns in the post-pandemic period, with a view to prioritizing their learning and not to fall back on the fundamental goals set out in the National Plan Education.

A través del abordaje cualitativo del método de investigación documental, con triangulación de fuentes, se aborda la conectividad de los jóvenes, público-objetivo del Bachillerato, en contraste con las dificultades observadas en la educación remota y el camino de construcción del marco curricular del Bachillerato en Mato Grosso, considerándolo como parte de los desafíos de la pospandémica, con los cambios que trae. Señalamos la necesidad de discutir la inversión en educación pública, que posicione el aprendizaje de los jóvenes como foco de inquietudes curriculares en el período pospandémico, mirando su aprendizaje y no retroceder en las metas fundamentales del Plan Nacional de Educación.Este artigo problematiza o processo de ensino-aprendizagem no Ensino Médio, em face da construção do Documento de Referência Curricular para Mato Grosso para a etapa e do ensino remoto, estratégia frente à recomendação de distanciamento social por conta da pandemia da Covid-19. Por meio da abordagem qualitativa do método pesquisa documental, com triangulação de fontes, aborda-se a conectividade da juventude, público-alvo do Ensino Médio, em contraposição às dificuldades observadas no ensino remoto e o percurso de construção do referencial curricular do Ensino Médio no estado de Mato Grosso, situando-o como parte dos desafios do período pós-pandemia, dadas as alterações que congrega.
