Methodology of Projects from Children's Literature: an approach to Early Childhood Education from the point of view of students and teachers

Resumo: | The project methodology conceives the student as an active subject in the learning process considering subjective, historical and cultural aspects of the students. This work aims to present an approach through the methodology of projects for Early Childhood Education, and to reflect on the perception of the teachers involved in the activity, as well as the contribution to the learning process of students at this stage. It is a participatory research that involved five classes (two kindergarten and three preschool). Data were collected through access to the field diary prepared by the teachers and through the use of a questionnaire. The results indicate that the project methodology provides a collective and interdisciplinary work among teachers and allows the student to actively participate in the construction of their learning. Therefore, it is concluded that the project made it possible to transform the school into a place of exchanges and formation of protagonism for teachers and students. |

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar un abordaje a través de la metodología de proyectos para la Educación Infantil, y reflexionar sobre la percepción de los docentes involucrados en la actividad, así como la contribución al proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en esta etapa. Es una investigación participativa que involucró a cinco clases (dos de jardín de infantes y tres de preescolar). Los datos fueron recolectados a través del acceso al diario de campo elaborado por los profesores y mediante el uso de un cuestionario. Los resultados indican que la metodología por proyectos brinda un trabajo colectivo e interdisciplinario entre los docentes y permite que el estudiante participe activamente en la construcción de su aprendizaje. Por lo tanto, se concluye que el proyecto posibilitó transformar la escuela en un lugar de intercambio y formación de protagonismo para docentes y alumnos.A metodologia de projetos concebe o estudante como sujeito ativo no processo de aprendizagem considerando aspectos subjetivos, históricos e culturais dos estudantes. Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar uma abordagem por meio da metodologia de projetos para a Educação Infantil, e refletir sobre a percepção das professoras envolvidas na atividade, bem como a contribuição para o processo de aprendizagem dos alunos desta etapa. Trata-se de uma pesquisa participante que envolveu cinco turmas (duas de maternal e três de pré-escola). Os dados foram coletados por meio do acesso ao diário de campo elaborado pelas professoras e com a utilização de um questionário. Os resultados indicam que a metodologia de projetos proporciona um trabalho coletivo e interdisciplinar entre os docentes e oportuniza que o aluno participe ativamente da construção de sua aprendizagem.
