How did you become a teacher? Your trajectory, your motivations

Resumo: When we are in the classroom receiving information and teachings from a teacher, we realize that we often do not have information about how these people got there, what were their motivations for their training? What was the trajectory traveled to that classroom? Thinking about these issues, I tried to develop a quantitative research, particularly in Public Educational Institutions; as a recent graduate and administrative technical servant at a federal university, I sought to know from the professors of these institutions, what were their references (professors, friends, relatives, etc.) and decisive factors (financial, empathy, etc.) that made them this teacher to get there. The present work seeks to present and quantify the training percentages of teachers in public Higher Education.

Pensando en estos temas, traté de desarrollar una investigación cuantitativa, particularmente en las instituciones educativas públicas; Como recién graduado y técnico administrativo en una universidad federal, busqué saber de los profesores de estas instituciones, cuáles eran sus referencias (profesores, amigos, familiares, etc.) y los factores decisivos (financieros, empatía, etc.) que los hicieron Este profesor para llegar allí. El presente trabajo busca presentar y cuantificar los porcentajes de capacitación de docentes en Educación Pública Superior.Quando estamos em sala de aula recebendo informações e ensinamentos de um docente, percebemos que muitas vezes não dispomos de informações sobre como essas pessoas chegaram até ali, quais foram suas motivações para sua formação? Qual a trajetória percorrida até aquela sala de aula? Pensando nessas questões procurei elaborar uma pesquisa quantitativa, particularmente em Instituições Públicas de ensino; como recém-formado e servidor técnico administrativo em uma universidade federal, procurei saber dos professores dessas instituições, quais foram as suas referências (professores, amigos, parentes, etc.) e fatores decisivos (financeiros, empatia, etc.) que fizeram com que esse docente chegasse até ali.
