Teaching concepts about Integrated High School and Interdisciplinarity: case study in a Technical Course in Agricultural of the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Sul

Resumo: Professional education with high education formation in an integrated form needs to meet the demands of society aiming a scientific and complete education of the citizen linked to the world of work. In this educational context, the present work outlines a qualitative research of the type of case study in which we sought to verify and analyze the conceptions about the concepts of Integrated High School and Interdisciplinarity are evidenced by teachers of the Technical Course in Agricultural Integrated to High School from the Ibirubá campus of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul. The records were obtained from a semi-structured interview and were analyzed using a Textual Discursive Analysis. From this process, five final categories emerged, four of which are analyzed in this work, namely: i) Conceptual and methodological concepts; ii) Objectives of Integrated High School; iii) appreciation and difficulties and; iv) assumption and guidelines. It was possible to conclude that the lack of initial and continuing training, as well as the lack of reasoning, mainly methodological, are factors presented for the failure to fully implement the integration and interdisciplinarity expected for the Integrated High School. Factors such as the need to institutionalize integrated actions and teaching management that coordinate and prioritize the organization of school spaces and times were also highlighted. Many of these aspects pointed by teachers corroborate the need for an open attitude towards the object of knowledge and the importance of collective work for interdisciplinarity.

En ese contexto educativo, el presente trabajo objetiva hacer una investigación cualitativa del tipo estudio de caso en la cual se buscó verificar y analizar las concepciones sobre los conceptos de Enseñanza Media Integrada e Interdisciplinariedad son evidenciadas por los maestros del Curso Técnico en Agropecuaria Integrado a la Enseñanza Media del campus Ibirubá del Instituto Federal de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología del Rio Grande del Sur? Los registros fueron obtenidos a partir de una entrevista semiestructurada y fueron analizados por medio de una Análisis Textual Discursiva. De ese proceso, surgieron cinco categorías finales, de las cuales cuatro son analizadas en ese trabajo, a saber: i) Concepciones conceptuales y metodológicas; ii) Objetivos de la Enseñanza Media Integrada; iii) Pareceres e impases y; iv) Presupuestos y encaminamientos. Fue posible incluir que la falta de formación inicial y continuada, bien como la falta de fundamentación, principalmente metodológica, son fatores presentados para la no efectuación plena de la integración e interdisciplinariedad esperadas para la Enseñanza Media Integrada. También fueron destacados factores como la necesidad de institucionalización de acciones integradas y de una gestión de enseñanza que coordine y priorice la organización de los espacios y tiempos escolares. Muchos de eses aspectos subrayados por los maestros corroboran para la necesidad de una postura de abertura delante al objeto del conocimiento y la importancia del trabajo colectivo para la interdisciplinariedad.A educação profissional com formação de nível médio na forma integrada necessita atender às demandas da sociedade em prol de uma formação científica e integral do cidadão atrelado ao mundo do trabalho. Neste contexto educacional, o presente trabalho delineia uma pesquisa qualitativa do tipo estudo de caso na qual se buscou verificar e analisar as concepções sobre os conceitos de Ensino Médio Integrado e Interdisciplinaridade evidenciadas por professores do Curso Técnico em Agropecuária Integrado ao Ensino Médio do campus Ibirubá do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul. Os registros foram obtidos a partir de uma entrevista semiestruturada e foram analisados por meio de uma Análise Textual Discursiva. Foi possível concluir que a falta de formação inicial e continuada, bem como a falta de fundamentação, principalmente metodológica, são fatores apresentados para a não efetivação plena da integração e interdisciplinaridade esperadas para o Ensino Médio Integrado. Também foram destacados fatores como a necessidade de institucionalização de ações integradas e de uma gestão de ensino que coordene e priorize a organização dos espaços e tempos escolares.
