Resumo: | The use of recreational activities aimed at raising awareness among users of the public health service in Primary Care acts fundamentally to improve eating habits and healthier choices, bringing a better quality of life to the population. In this sense, the use of recreational materials in the Basic Health Unit (BHU) as a way of spreading knowledge has a preventive effect on health, preventing the development of chronic non-communicable diseases and encouraging greater participation of health professionals. Therefore, the study in evidence aims to report the experience of students in the 1st semester of the Medicine course in the elaboration of a project aimed at good health practices, from the stimulus to healthy eating. To carry out the activity, a blood vessel made of biscuit, fat molecules, which could be added or removed from the vessel, and photographs of healthy foods and harmful foods were used as play material. This dynamic was intended to allude to the negative and positive effects of these foods. In this way, the activity carried out with the biscuit blood vessel was extremely well received by the population and very well performed by the group of students, allowing doubts to be resolved and direct contact with the community to be established. In this sense, the activity was of great importance for the outline of academic and professional life for the students of the first semester of Medicine who participated in this action. |

En ese sentido, el uso de materiales lúdicos en la Unidad Básica de Salud (UBS) como forma de difusión del conocimiento tiene un efecto preventivo en la salud, previniendo el desarrollo de enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles y fomentando una mayor participación de los profesionales de la salud. Por lo tanto, el estudio en evidencia tiene como objetivo relatar la experiencia de los estudiantes del 1er semestre de la carrera de Medicina en la elaboración de un proyecto dirigido a las buenas prácticas de salud, a partir del estímulo a la alimentación saludable. Durante la actividad se utilizó como material de juego un vaso sanguíneo hecho de galleta, moléculas de grasa, que se podían añadir o quitar del vaso, y fotografías de alimentos saludables y nocivos. Esta dinámica pretendía aludir a los efectos negativos y positivos de estos alimentos. De esta forma, la actividad realizada con el vaso sanguíneo fue muy bien recibida por la población y muy bien realizada por el grupo de estudiantes, lo que permitió resolver dudas y establecer un contacto directo con la comunidad. En ese sentido, la actividad fue de suma importancia para el delineamiento de la vida académica y profesional de los estudiantes del primer semestre de Medicina que participaron de esta acción.O uso de atividades lúdicas voltadas à sensibilização de usuários do serviço público da saúde na Atenção Primária atua de forma fundamental para aprimorar hábitos alimentares e escolhas saudáveis, trazendo maior qualidade de vida para a população. Nesse sentido, a utilização de materiais lúdicos na Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) como forma de propagação de conhecimento tem efeito preventivo em saúde, evitando o desenvolvimento de doenças crônicas não transmissíveis e estimulando maior participação dos profissionais da saúde. Diante disso, o estudo em evidência possui o objetivo de relatar a experiência de alunos do 1º semestre do curso de Medicina na elaboração de um projeto voltado a boas práticas em saúde, a partir do estímulo à alimentação saudável. Para a realização da atividade, foi utilizado como material lúdico um vaso sanguíneo feito de biscuit, moléculas de gorduras, que poderiam ser adicionadas ou retiradas do vaso, e fotografias de alimentos saudáveis e maléficos à saúde. Essa dinâmica possuía o fito de fazer alusão aos efeitos negativos e positivos desses alimentos. Desse modo, a atividade feita com o vaso sanguíneo de biscuit foi extremamente bem recebida pela população e muito bem executada pelo grupo de alunos, permitindo que dúvidas fossem sanadas e que um contato direto com a comunidade fosse estabelecido.
