The strategies used in the teaching-learning process before and after the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic: concepts of accounting students and teachers

Resumo: Higher education in Brazil undergoes constant changes and the use of teaching-learning methods and strategies is of paramount importance, especially with the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic across the planet. In this sense, the present study was developed with the objective of identifying, in the perception of students and teachers of the Undergraduate Course in Accounting Sciences, which are the main teaching strategies applied in accounting education and the most effective before and with the advent of the pandemic of Corona Virus. This study is characterized as a quantitative research in relation to the research problem, with a descriptive approach in relation to the objective. As for the data collection procedures, a survey was carried out. The results showed that the teaching strategy that students and teachers considered most effective and most used in classes before and with the advent of the pandemic was solving exercises and that the most used and effective didactic resource, according to students and teachers, before and with the pandemic it's exercises. It was verified in the students' view, before the pandemic and with the advent, the best way for teachers to develop skills, in students, and encouraging study/research and exercises.

En ese sentido, el presente estudio se desarrolló con el objetivo de identificar, en la percepción de estudiantes y docentes de la Licenciatura en Ciencias Contables, cuáles son las principales estrategias didácticas aplicadas en la educación contable y las más efectivas antes y con el advenimiento de la pandemia del Corona Virus. Este estudio se caracteriza por ser una investigación cuantitativa en relación al problema de investigación, con un enfoque descriptivo en relación al objetivo. En cuanto a los procedimientos de recolección de datos, se realizó una encuesta. Los resultados mostraron que la estrategia didáctica que estudiantes y docentes consideraron más efectiva y más utilizada en las clases antes y con la llegada de la pandemia fue la resolución de ejercicios y que el recurso didáctico más utilizado y efectivo, según estudiantes y docentes, antes y con la llegada de la pandemia. pandemia son ejercicios. Nesse sentido, desenvolveu-se o presente estudo com objetivo de identificar, na percepção dos discentes e docentes do curso de Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, quais as principais estratégias de ensino aplicadas na educação contábil e as mais eficazes antes e com o advento da pandemia de Corona Vírus. Este estudo caracteriza-se como pesquisa quantitativa em relação ao problema de pesquisa, com abordagem descritiva em relação ao objetivo. Quanto aos procedimentos de coleta de dados, foi realizado um levantamento (survey). Os resultados evidenciaram que, a estratégia de ensino que os discentes e os docentes consideravam mais eficaz e mais utilizada nas aulas antes e com o advento da pandemia era resolução de exercícios e que o recurso didático mais utilizado e eficaz, segundo alunos e professores, antes e com a pandemia é exercícios.
