Knowledge and practices of Additional Languages in Professional and Technological Education with a view to a critical-reflective proposal

Resumo: This paper deals to analyze the concept of additional languages present in the documents that regulate their teaching at a national scope. The methodology is configured as an approach that tends both to bibliographic survey method and document analysis. To carry out this discussion, we count on the contributions of Bakhtin; Saussure); Chomsky; which we make use of for the conception of language; we rely on the discussions supported by those who are committed to the studies of Applied Linguistics: Fabrício; Moita Lopes; Pennycook; We also bring the contribution of Leffa & Irala regarding the conceptualization of additional languages and, finally, we have the contributions of authors who are willing to discuss aspects related to the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC): Macedo; Branco et al; Brasil; Pfeiffer & Grigoletto. The analysis reveals the exclusive character of the BNCC when it comes to the teaching-learning process of additional languages, since, based on the present study, we infer that this document brings some controversies in addition to not aiming to promote a plurilingual education.

La metodología se configura como un enfoque que tiende tanto al método de levantamiento bibliográfico como al análisis documental. Para llevar a cabo esta discusión, contamos con los aportes teóricos de Bakhtin; Saussure; Chomsky; del que nos valemos para la concepción de lengua y lenguaje; nos apoyamos en las discusiones sostenidas por quienes están comprometidos con los estudios de Lingüística Aplicada: Fabrício; Moita Lopes; Pennycook; Traemos también el aporte de Leffa & Irala en cuanto a la conceptualización de lenguajes adicionales y, finalmente, contamos con los aportes de autores que están dispuestos a discutir aspectos relacionados con la Base Curricular Común Nacional (BNCC): Macedo; Branco et al; Brasil; Pfeiffer y Grigoletto. El análisis revela el carácter exclusivo de la BNCC en lo que se refiere al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de lenguas adicionales, ya que, con base en el presente estudio, inferimos que este documento trae algunas controversias además de no pretender promover una educación plurilingüe.Este artigo objetiva analisar a concepção de línguas adicionais presente nos documentos que regulamentam o seu ensino em âmbito nacional. A metodologia se configura como uma abordagem que tende tanto ao método de levantamento bibliográfico como à análise documental. Para a realização dessa discussão, contamos com as contribuições de Bakhtin; Saussure; Chomsky; que nos fazemos valer para a concepção de língua(gem); apoiamo-nos nas discussões subsidiadas por aqueles/as que se comprometem com os estudos de Linguística Aplicada: Fabrício; Moita Lopes; Pennycook; trazemos, também, o aporte de Leffa & Irala quanto à conceitualização de línguas adicionais e, finalmente, dispomos as contribuições de autores/as que se prestam a discutir aspectos relacionados à Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC): Macedo; Branco et al; Brasil; Pfeiffer & Grigoletto.
