Resumo: BACKGROUND: This essay is based on Edgar Morin’s concepts about complexity, to propose a reflection on training in Physical Education.DEVELOPMENT: With four basic pillars, with are: Movement, Life, Culture, and Humanity, when dialogizing between itself, composing the parts with the whole and retracting its constituent elements on itself, can allow for a more comprehensive teacher preparation, as it is understood that one of the problems of graduation in the area is the fragmentation of knowledge and the separation of wisdom, preventing the discovery of complementarity in the contradictions of the theories that constitute its epistemological bases.CONCLUSION: Walking through the pillars of Physical Education is starting towards a training that is consolidated in to interact of its constituent elements and not.
