Continuing education of education professionals: problematizations in vocational and technological education

Resumo: | This essay aims to investigate the continuing education of professionals working in Vocational and Technological Education (VTE), in order to investigate the incentives for their professional qualification, more precisely the educators enrolled in the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Santa Catarina (FISC). Will be named as professionals of education, all those who work in the school, whether teachers or not, because it is known that everyone has responsibilities and participation in it. Thus, as a methodology we used the technique of bibliographic and documentary research. To this end, the essay has three parts: (1) discusses the continuing education of education professionals; (2) addresses the guidelines governing the training of education professionals in the federal school system, specifically FISC; (3) deals with the final considerations. It was concluded that all education professionals need quality and continuous training. In addition, collective participation in school decisions and planning, and financial, time, and other incentives for education professionals can optimize teaching quality and adherence to commitment to the educational landscape. It was analyzed that the continuing education is inserted in the regulations of the federal network and in the FISC, there are plans of professional qualification, financial incentives and time for the servers to update. However, we emphasize the need for ongoing research on the continuing education of VTE professionals, for in-depth and contributing plots. |

Serán nombrados como profesionales de la educación, todos aquellos que trabajan en la escuela, sean docentes o no, porque se sabe que todos tienen responsabilidades y participación en ella. Así, como metodología utilizamos la técnica de investigación bibliográfica y documental. Para este fin, el ensayo se divide en: a) discute la educación continua de los profesionales de la educación; b) aborda las pautas que rigen la capacitación de profesionales de la educación en el sistema escolar federal, específicamente IFC. Se concluyó que todos los profesionales de la educación necesitan capacitación continua y de calidad. Además, la participación colectiva en las decisiones y la planificación de la escuela, y los incentivos financieros, de tiempo y de otro tipo para los profesionales de la educación pueden optimizar la calidad de la enseñanza y la adhesión al compromiso con el panorama educativo. Se analizó que la educación continua se inserta en las regulaciones de la red federal y en la IFC, hay planes de calificación profesional, incentivos financieros y tiempo para que los servidores se actualicen. Sin embargo, enfatizamos la necesidad de una investigación continua sobre la educación continua de los profesionales de la EPT, para tramas en profundidad y contribuyentes sobre el tema.Este ensaio tem por objetivo investigar acerca da formação continuada de profissionais da educação atuantes na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT), de modo a averiguar os incentivos à qualificação profissional destes, mais precisamente dos educadores inscritos no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Catarinense (IFC). Serão nomeados como profissionais da educação, todos aqueles que atuam no espaço escolar, sendo docentes ou não, pois sabe-se que todos têm responsabilidades e participação sobre ele. Assim, como metodologia utilizou-se da técnica de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Para tanto, o ensaio está dividido em três partes: (1) problematiza acerca da formação continuada de profissionais da educação; (2) aborda os regulamentos norteadores da capacitação dos profissionais da educação na rede federal de ensino, especificamente, do IFC e; (3) trata das considerações finais. Concluiu-se que todos os profissionais da educação necessitam de uma formação de qualidade e continuada. Além disso, que a participação coletiva nas decisões e no planejamento da escola e que incentivos, seja financeiro, de tempo, entre outros, aos profissionais da educação pode otimizar a qualidade do ensino e a aderência no comprometimento com o cenário educacional. Analisou-se que a formação continuada está inserida nos regulamentos da rede federal e no IFC, há planos de qualificação profissional, incentivos financeiros e de tempo para que os servidores se atualizem.
