Resumo: | This is a description of the current organization of the curriculum of the Nursing Course at Faculdade de Medicina de Marília (FAMEMA), considering the process of permanent development over the seven years of implementation of the integrated curriculum and active teaching-learning methodologies. This is an innovative model in which curricular development is understood as a continuous process, considering the dynamics of society and health services. The complexity of training nurses in order to meet current demands, making it possible to reflect on professional practice and the feasibility of changes, is without a doubt, the main challenge. |

The complexity of training nurses in order to meet current demands, making it possible to reflect on professional practice and the feasibility of changes, is without a doubt, the main challenge.En este relato se presenta la organización actual del currículo del curso de enfermería de la Facultad de Medicina de Marilia, considerando el proceso de desarrollo permanente de los siete años de puesta en práctica del currículo integrado y de las metodologías activas de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La construcción de este modelo representa un movimiento innovador en el cual el desarrollo curricular está considerado como un proceso continuo que tiene en cuenta el dinamismo de la sociedad y de los servicios de salud. El principal desafío para la compleja formación del enfermero es atender a las demandas actuales, sobre todo pensando en la práctica profesional y haciendo factible sus transformaciones.Neste relato apresenta-se a organização atual do currículo do Curso de Enfermagem da Faculdade de Medicina de Marília, considerando o processo de desenvolvimento permanente dos sete anos de implementação do currículo integrado e de metodologias ativas de ensino-aprendizagem. A construção deste modelo representa um movimento inovador, no qual o desenvolvimento curricular é compreendido como um processo contínuo, considerando-se a dinamicidade da sociedade e dos serviços de saúde.
