TEACHERS TRAINING OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION BNCC: NARRATIVES IN DISPUTE

Resumo: | This article addresses the theme of teacher training and the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC in its Portuguese acronym). It seeks to show narratives which are in dispute in the national scene and their resonances for teachers training of Early Childhood Education. Argument was built from a critical analysis of documents of the current educational legislation in an interlocution with theoretical references from the education field. BNCC is current and the commitment of education professionals is to interpret, translate and problematize its content, highlighting its weaknesses and strengths. BNCC proposal is running the risk of not becoming effective because the Brazilian government itself made it unfeasible with the defense of the minimal state and with the adoption of neoliberal and neoconservative policies. |

El argumento se construyó a partir del análisis crítico de documentos de la legislación educativa vigente en una interlocución con referencias teóricas del campo de la educación. La BNCC está vigente y el compromiso de los profesionales de la educación es interpretar, traducir y problematizar su contenido, despegando sus debilidades y fortalezas. La propuesta de la BNCC toma el riesgo de fracasar porque el propio gobierno brasileño la hizo inviable con la defensa del Estado mínimo y con la adopción de políticas neoliberales y neoconservadoras.Este artigo aborda o tema da formação de professores e da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC). Busca evidenciar narrativas que estão em disputa no cenário nacional e suas ressonâncias para a formação de professores da Educação Infantil. A argumentação foi construída a partir de análise crítica de documentos da legislação educacional vigente em uma interlocução com referências teóricas do campo da educação. A BNCC está em vigor e o compromisso dos profissionais da educação é interpretar, traduzir e problematizar seu conteúdo, evidenciando suas fragilidades e potências.
