Resumo: | The teaching of Chemistry proves to be fundamental for everyday life in general. Therefore, Chemistry allows for offering a comprehensive and contextualized view of the world, enabling the connection of information from various sources and the analysis of interdisciplinary problems. Thus, it is acknowledged that the interdisciplinary approach in teaching Chemistry enriches education, shaping informed and well-rounded citizens to face challenges. In this context, this literature review aimed to explore the responsibility of Chemistry teaching, as well as its effectiveness in interdisciplinary approach regarding its impact on personal development. It was observed from this study that the interdisciplinary approach in teaching Chemistry emerges as an essential pedagogical strategy to meet the increasing demands for a more relevant and comprehensive education. Furthermore, Chemistry demonstrates its value as a fundamental tool by integrating with other disciplines, for the understanding of the natural world and its relation to social, economic, and environmental aspects. |

Por lo tanto, la Química permite ofrecer una visión del mundo amplia y contextualizada, permitiendo la conexión de información de diversas fuentes y el análisis de problemas interdisciplinarios. Así, se reconoce que el enfoque interdisciplinario en la enseñanza de la Química enriquece la educación, formando ciudadanos informados y completos para enfrentar desafíos. En este contexto, esta revisión bibliográfica tuvo como objetivo explorar la responsabilidad de la enseñanza de la química, así como su eficacia en el enfoque interdisciplinario en relación con su impacto en el desarrollo personal. Se observó a partir de este estudio que el enfoque interdisciplinario en la enseñanza de la Química emerge como una estrategia pedagógica esencial para satisfacer las crecientes demandas de una educación más relevante y completa. Además, la Química demuestra su valor como una herramienta fundamental al integrarse con otras disciplinas, para la comprensión del mundo natural y su relación con aspectos sociales, económicos y ambientales.O ensino da Química se mostra fundamental para a rotina em geral. Portanto, a Química permite oferecer uma abrangente e contextualizada visão do mundo, permitindo a conexão de informações de fontes variadas e a análise de problemas interdisciplinares. Desta forma, admite-se que a abordagem interdisciplinar no ensino da Química enriquece a educação, formando cidadãos informados e completos para enfrentar desafios. Neste contexto, esta revisão bibliográfica teve como objetivo explorar a responsabilidade do ensino da química, bem como sua eficácia na abordagem interdisciplinar em relevância ao seu impacto na formação pessoal. Observou-se a partir deste estudo que a abordagem interdisciplinar no ensino da Química emerge como uma estratégia pedagógica essencial para atender às crescentes demandas por uma educação mais relevante e abrangente.
